Services Overview
Bitrue TradFi Services refer to traditional finance-related trading offerings on the Bitrue platform, including but not limited to contracts on stocks, indices, commodities, foreign exchange, or other regulated financial derivatives. These services are provided only to eligible users, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The tokenized stock products accessible through Bitrue are issued and administered by Ondo Global Markets and its affiliated entities. Ondo has established a dedicated legal and regulatory framework for the issuance and operation of tokenized securities, including compliance controls, KYC requirements, and jurisdictional restrictions. Bitrue's role is limited to facilitating access to these products and does not include issuing, structuring, managing, or providing investment advice in relation to the underlying securities.
Tokenized stocks do not provide traditional shareholder rights: users do not receive dividends, voting rights, or any corporate governance rights, as these tokens only represent price-linked exposure to the underlying stocks rather than actual share ownership. Stock splits and other corporate actions are not decided by the exchange but by the token issuer and are reflected in the token according to the issuer’s rules and the underlying stock’s actions. The exchange only provides trading, order matching, and display services and does not directly offer securities trading. If the issuer faces bankruptcy, default, or other issues, the token may lose its peg, become illiquid, or experience extreme price volatility. Trading these assets is subject to standard maker and taker fees as shown on the platform.
Eligibility
Before using Bitrue TradFi Services, users must ensure that their jurisdiction of residence, nationality, tax residency, registration details, login IP, device location, and KYC information meet Bitrue’s eligibility requirements. Bitrue reserves the right to determine which countries, regions, or user groups may access all or part of the TradFi Services based on applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, sanctions, product risk control, and internal compliance policies.
Regional Restrictions
Users located in jurisdictions where TradFi products are prohibited, restricted, or subject to licensing requirements must not access or attempt to use these services. Bitrue may update the list of restricted regions at any time and may impose full or partial restrictions on users in certain regions based on regulatory changes, compliance requirements, or risk considerations.
Page Display and Trading Access
Bitrue may apply restrictions depending on a user’s region, account status, or compliance review results, including but not limited to:
Restricting access to TradFi features;
Allowing page viewing but restricting order placement, position holding, or position closing;
Limiting access to specific products or features;
Suspending, terminating, or restricting account access as necessary.
User Representations and Warranties
By using TradFi Services, users confirm that:
Their use does not violate any applicable laws in their jurisdiction;
All identity, residency, tax, and KYC information provided is true, accurate, and complete;
They will not use VPNs, proxies, falsified information, or other methods to bypass regional or compliance restrictions;
They understand and accept that TradFi products carry risks, including but not limited to regulatory changes, liquidity constraints, price fluctuations, forced liquidation, trading suspensions, market disruptions, and other risks.
Risk Disclosure
TradFi products are high-risk and may result in total loss of principal over a short period. Losses may exceed the initial investment due to leverage, margin requirements, price gaps, or forced liquidation. Bitrue does not guarantee profit, price stability, trade execution, market liquidity, or system availability.
Trading Restrictions and Risk Controls
Bitrue may implement risk management measures, including but not limited to:
Restricting or rejecting order placement, position adjustments, or order cancellations;
Adjusting leverage, margin, trading hours, or tradable products;
Reviewing, freezing, restricting, or closing accounts with abnormal activity;
Forcing position reduction, liquidation, or settlement of risk exposure when necessary.
Account Termination and Enforcement
If Bitrue determines that a user is located in a restricted region or has violated this disclaimer, Terms of Srvice, or applicable laws, Bitrue reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the user’s TradFi access and may take necessary actions regarding the user’s positions, funds, or account, with or without prior notice, as permitted by law.

All pages, data, charts, market prices, news, research, and product descriptions provided by Bitrue are for informational purposes only. Bitrue TradFi token pair services are gradually being rolled out globally and may be adjusted according to local regulatory requirements.

Eligible users outside the restricted regions below may generally access TradFi Services, subject to account information, KYC verification, and local regulations.
